Pain is temporary, quittin’ lasts forever.
Pain may last a minute, an hour, or a day, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If you quit, however, it will last forever.

Maryann Haberthur MASTERED her fitness.
I had the pleasure of meeting Maryann on February 5, 2020. Maryann was 62 year’s old and retired. She was utilizing the Weight Watchers program and attending a fitness center to incorporate cardio to help aide in her weight loss. Once she had a steady cardio routine established she knew she needed more in the way of training to truly excel her weight loss and to feel better.
During our consultation, Maryann had shared with me about her aches and pains, arthritic knees, lower back, and everyday soreness. She shared her personal goals and aspirations: Jog/run without losing her breath and she wanted a stronger core. Maryann wanted to be able to get out of a inter-tube independently after river trips, which she loved doing, to excel at family competitive family games with the grand-kids, and to reduce her blood medication, if possible and lower her cholesterol.
After having performed Maryann’s fitness assessment I knew the direction she needed to go. I wanted to guide her with not only fitness, but healthy eating habits as well.
Every day aches and pains are a thing of the past for Maryann today. She is stronger, healthier inside and out, and has gained incredible strength. Every day activities are effortless, she no longer becomes out of breath on her walks. Maryann transformed right before my eyes. I am incredibly excited to watch her continued in her health and fitness quest with me and Master Fitness and to have the opportunity to work with an amazing woman who is determined
to reach and surpass her current goals and to create new ones going into the future.
Maryann is competing in her first Spartan in June

Hi, I’m Nadine, passionate health coach and personal trainer located in North East PA. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals
in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food, exercise and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Sure, it does all of us! As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
